If you are not satisfied with your product, send us an email at hello@shopsunnytails.com and we'll be here to help! We accept returns and exchanges up to 10 days from when a product is received for products that are not used and in new condition, or are happy to offer store credit for you to purchase something else in our shop. Customers will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returns and exchanges.

Standard shipping within the U.S. is 4-6 business days. Priority shipping is 2-3 business days.

Shop Sunny Tails is not responsible for any package that is lost or stolen during its shipment to you.

Standard shipping to Canada is $10.00 and will take 1-4 weeks. Orders over $100 ship free to Canada.

We ship internationally to 54 other countries (listed here) for a flat rate of $15 and will take 1-4 weeks. Orders over $150 ship free.
