Sizes are recommended based on tie-on bandana with gold hardware snaps at designated measurements. Please measure your pet's neck and leave sufficient space to tie a loose knot. We recommend tying once or twice before using snaps to secure. When in doubt, size up!
• Small: fits up to 15" as tie & snap | snaps fit up to 19". Measures 10" top to point
• Medium: fits up to 18" as tie & snap | snaps fit up to 22". Measures 11.5" top to point
• Large: fits up to 20" as tie & snap | snaps fit up to 24" . Measures 13" top to point
Spot clean or machine wash on low but we recommend leaving it out to air dry (machine drying make slightly shrink the bandana). Bandanas may wrinkle with wear; feel free to gently iron as needed.
For Bow Ties, choose between three sizes:
•Small: 4" W x 3" H (for small dogs)
•Large: 5" W x 3.5" H (a statement bow tie for that dapper look bow tie look on small-medium dogs)
• Extra Large: 6" W x 4"H (a statement bow tie for larger dogs, or accentuate that preppy look on small-medium dogs)
For Sailor Bows, choose between two sizes:
•Large: 5" W x 5" H (a statement sailor bow for that dapper look on small-medium dogs)
• Extra Large: 6" W x 6"H (a statement sailor bow for larger dogs, or accentuate that preppy look on small-medium dogs)

These bandanas are handmade so sizing and print placement may slightly vary. Our products are not animal proof - please do not leave your pet unattended while wearing our products. They can be torn and chewed, and we are not responsible for any damage caused by your pet. Visit our "Policies" page for more information.
Lastly, as our bandanas are meant to be worn around the neck, this poses a potential choking hazard. Shop Sunny Tails is not responsible for any damage due to misuse.

Standard shipping within the U.S. is 4-6 business days. Priority shipping is 2-3 business days.
Shop Sunny Tails is not responsible for any package that is lost or stolen during its shipment to you.
Standard shipping to Canada is $10.00 and will take 1-4 weeks. Orders over $100 ship free to Canada.
We ship internationally to 54 other countries (listed here) for a flat rate of $15 and will take 1-4 weeks. Orders over $150 ship free.
Please note, Shop Sunny Tails is NOT responsible for any customs or tariff fee/import duty that may be imposed. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not covered by the shipping costs.
Please note USPS may be experiencing delays due to the ongoing pandemic, so please keep that in mind as well.
If your package has shipped and you've entered the incorrect address, and it is returned to the sender we do require you to pay for shipping a second time to have the package reshipped.
If you made a mistake in your order please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. We will not accept order cancellations after it has been 24 hours since the order has been placed.
Please verify your shipping address before processing your order to ensure it will be delivered to the correct address. If the address you entered at checkout is incorrect, please email us ASAP at email@example.com. If your package has not shipped, I can still change your address!
We are incredibly proud of the products in our shop and want to ensure 100% satisfaction guarantee!
If you are not satisfied with your product, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll be here to help! We accept returns and exchanges up to 10 days from when a product is received for products that are not used and in new condition, or are happy to offer store credit for you to purchase something else in our shop. Customers will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returns and exchanges.
If your product arrived damaged in any way, please email us your order details along with a description and photo(s) of the item's condition and we will send you a new package.
Shop Sunny Tails it not responsible for replacing or refunding lost, stolen, or missing packages - we count on USPS to deliver your package once it leaves our shop. Once it leaves my hands it is out of my control. If the postal service loses your package, please file a claim at this link.
