If we are unable to complete your request at the link above, please email and we can assist you there. 

We accept returns and exchanges up to 10 days from when a product is received for products that are not used and in new condition, or are happy to offer store credit for you to purchase something else in our shop. Customers will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returns and exchanges.

We are incredibly proud of the products in our shop and want to ensure 100% satisfaction guarantee!

Disclaimer + Warranty:
While our products are made to last, they are not chew proof and there are instances where the hardware may need to be replaced.

Examples of what our warranty will cover includes:

  • Hardware or assembly defects
  • Sewing breakage
  • Bandana snaps malfunctioning

Examples of what our warranty does not cover includes:

  • Damages caused by pet biting or chewing on the leash
  • Product misuse or scratches/wear overtime with use

If you have a replacement request, please email us at with a few pictures of your product and order number. Shipping costs will not be covered from our shop.

If your leash or collar needs to be replaced, we will send you a 25% off discount code to order a replacement.

Please note we reserve the right to decide if products are eligible for a replacement.
