Returns & Warranty Policies
We are incredibly proud of the products in our shop and want to ensure 100% satisfaction guarantee!
If you are not satisfied with your product, send us an email at email@example.com and we'll be here to help! We accept returns and exchanges up to 10 days from when a product is received for products that are not used and in new condition, or are happy to offer store credit for you to purchase something else in our shop. Customers will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returns and exchanges.
Disclaimer + Warranty:
While our products are made to last, they are not chew proof and there are instances where the hardware may need to be replaced.
If your leash or collar needs to be replaced, we will send you a 25% off discount code to order a replacement. Our guarantee will cover hardware or assembly defects but not product misuse or scratches/wear overtime with use. If you have a replacement request, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a few pictures of your product and order number. Shipping costs will not be covered from our shop.
Please note we reserve the right to decide if products are eligible for a replacement.
