How do I select pickup at checkout?
At checkout under "Delivery" select "Pickup in store". Please include your email address at checkout or you will not receive pick up detail instructions!
When can I pick up my order?
Orders will be ready for pick up usually within 2-4 days! You will receive an email notification once it is ready which includes our suite number and instructions to schedule your pickup time. Our warehouse is open for pickup on Monday - Friday from 11am - 6pm but scheduling your pickup ensures someone will be at the warehouse when you come!
If you don't see a pickup time that works for you or if you'd like to expedite your pickup, please email hello@shopsunnytails.com and we'll see what we can do.
When do I have to pick it up by?
Please do your best to pick up your order at the time you schedule. If something comes up and you need more time to pick up your order, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you!
