We accept returns and exchanges up to 30 days from when a product is received for products that are not used and in new condition, or are happy to offer store credit for you to purchase something else in our shop. Customers will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returns and exchanges.

While our products are made to last, they are not chew proof and there are instances where the hardware may need to be replaced.

If your leash needs to be replaced, we will send you a 25% off discount code to order a replacement. Our guarantee will cover hardware or assembly defects but not product misuse or scratches/wear overtime with use. If you have a replacement request, please email us at hello@shopsunnytails.com with a few pictures of your product and order number. Shipping costs will not be covered from our shop.
