Wipe down stains with a wet wipe, rinse with soap and water to get rid of any dirt, and dry hardware with a towel. For deeper stains we recommend using Nellie’s Stain Eraser. We recommend cleaning as frequently as possible to ensure gear longevity and to prevent hardware from tarnishing!

If your leash needs to be replaced, we will send you a 25% off discount code to order a replacement. Our guarantee will cover hardware or assembly defects but not product misuse or scratches/wear overtime with use. If you have a replacement request, please email us at hello@shopsunnytails.com with a few pictures of your product and order number. Shipping costs will not be covered from our shop.
