EASY TO CLEAN
Wipe down stains with a wet wipe, rinse with soap and water to get rid of any dirt, and dry hardware with a towel. For deeper stains we recommend using a Magic Eraser to clean. We recommend cleaning as frequently as possible to ensure gear longevity and to prevent hardware from tarnishing!

We accept returns and exchanges up to 10 days from when a product is received for products that are not used and in new condition, or are happy to offer store credit for you to purchase something else in our shop. Customers will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returns and exchanges.

If your collar needs to be replaced, we will send you a 25% off discount code to order a replacement. Our guarantee will cover hardware or assembly defects but not product misuse or scratches/wear overtime with use.
