We recommend frequent cleaning to avoid any dark stains. To remove any stains we recommend wiping the webbing down and rinsing with soap and water. Leave out to air dry.

We accept returns and exchanges up to 10 days from when a product is received for products that are not used and in new condition, or are happy to offer store credit for you to purchase something else in our shop. Customers will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returns and exchanges.

If your collar needs to be replaced, we will send you a 25% off discount code to order a replacement. Our guarantee will cover hardware or assembly defects but not product misuse or scratches/wear overtime with use. If you have a replacement request, please email us at hello@shopsunnytails.com with a few pictures of your product and order number. Shipping costs will not be covered from our shop.
