EASY TO CLEAN
Wipe down stains with a wet wipe, rinse with soap and water to get rid of any dirt, and dry hardware with a towel. For deeper stains we recommend using a Magic Eraser to clean. We recommend cleaning as frequently as possible to ensure gear longevity and to prevent hardware from tarnishing!

While our products are made to last, they are not chew proof and there are instances where the hardware may need to be replaced.
If your leash needs to be replaced, we will send you a 25% off discount code to order a replacement. Our guarantee will cover hardware or assembly defects but not product misuse or scratches/wear overtime with use.
